Dogwood Ridge Apex, North Carolina A small-lot / townhome community designed around the concepts of "front porch architecture" and "walkability" provides the empty nester, working-couple and single parent market with a pedestrian friendly neighborhood. Dwelling setbacks, street widths, site perimeter setbacks were negotiated with the municipality to help create the project’s pedestrian scale.
