ERICSSON STUDY GARDEN
Research Triangle Park, North Carolina
The innovative merging of electronic technology and garden design creates a unique
outdoor workspace for telecommunications researchers and executives. Within the
shaded garden, a series of room-like workstations are separated by evergreen
hedges and glass screens that function dually as room dividers and marker boards
for writing and sketching. Each room is furnished with tables, chairs, power
pedestals and computer network connections. Spaces vary in size from a large
meeting room to spaces for smaller groups and
carrel-like workstations. |
